Can I try the club before I become a member?
Yes. Our 14-day try-before-you-buy trial membership lets you try the club absolutely free, with no risk or obligation, before you decide to become a member. We want you to meet our staff, meet the other members, and give us a chance to earn your business. At the end of 14 days, if we haven't earned your business then we don't deserve to have you as a member.

Do I have to sign a contract?
No, we offer a month-to-month membership along with our annual agreements. If you anticipate traveling or just don't feel that you are ready to get involved in an annual fitness program then our month-to-month is for you. If you are committed to fitness and want to save money too, then our regular annual membership is the tool for you.

Can I get a deal of any type?
We pride ourselves on treating every single member the same every single time; therefore, we don't make individual deals with new members. We also guarantee that any new member who signs up after you will never pay a lower price then when you joined.

What are the incentive gift packages about?
We understand we have competition and use the gift packages as a way of saying thank you for choosing us. We appreciate your business and we use these opening gifts as a way of showing this appreciation. Most new members also are looking for that little extra incentive that will help them make that final decision to get started on a fitness program. The gift incentive packages, which include a t-shirt, training sessions, a gift membership for a friend or relative and other cool perks, are often just enough to help that member on the fence take that final step and join. Hey, we understand that getting started is not the easiest thing in the world and if we can offer you some gifts to help get you going, as well as show our appreciation for your business, then everyone wins.

How do I get started?
It's simple. Call the club or stop by and any of our membership staff can help you choose the right membership for you and the paperwork only takes about 15 minutes.

Do I have any other payment options?
You may pay monthly with an annual membership; take advantage of our no commitment membership; sign-up with a short-term membership good for up to three months; or use the club on a daily or short-term limited basis. We also offer several methods of payments including EFT or just good old paying by check or credit card. The club also offers a number of solution-based programs, such as our weight management department, where you do not have to be a member to take part.

How's the parking?
Parking is easy at the club. We have plenty of spaces directly in front of the club and during busy times we also use the additional parking in the back of the club.

Do I need a card to check in?
We will issue you a membership card that makes checking in much easier and faster, but if you forget your card simply stop by the desk and we will make sure you get your workout. To access the facility when it is not staffed you have to have your membership card.

Can I book training or other club stuff by phone?
Almost everything we offer, beyond those things included as part of everyone's base membership, such as personal training, can be booked by calling the front desk.

How do I bring a guest?
Guests are always welcome at the club. If your guest lives in the club's marketing area and qualifies for our trial membership we will be happy to extend the courtesy. If your guest is from out of our club's area we offer a 50% discount off of our daily drop-in fee for your friends or relatives. All guests must come during staffed hours to sign a waiver before they can workout.

Can I make my payments for my membership at the club?
Payments are gladly accepted at the club. Please keep in mind that any service over $100 can usually be financed at no cost over 90 days.
